When adopting the MSMS on a CaaS basis, the partner university retains authority over admissions, tuition and pricing, grading, degree conferral, and accreditation oversight. Tiber Health provides the curriculum, instructional design, and analytics platform to support delivery. Partner universities determine the medical school linkages they offer and the standards for those linkages.

Curriculum for the Tiber MSMS
The curriculum for the MSMS Program mirrors the first year of pre-clinical coursework at an LCME-accredited medical school*. The curriculum is delivered in collaboration with Ponce Health Sciences University (PHSU) School of Medicine, which has been educating health care leaders for nearly 50 years. This coursework is delivered in a flipped-classroom format mediated with a first-class learning management system (LMS). It leverages distance instruction, adaptive learning, and advanced analytics to guide student support and predict performance in medical school and professional exams.
* The MSMS curriculum is provided by Tiber Health as an academic content and analytics solution for partner universities. Degrees are awarded by the partner institution, which retains responsibility for accreditation, academic governance, and program oversight.
Two Modalities Available
Partners can offer the curriculum in a synchronous and asynchronous modalities, giving students the option to complete the program in as little as 10- months of full-time study, or in about 20-months of part-time study. Further, partner universities are able to offer synchronous on-campus format (students are face to face in the classroom) or a remote format (students connect to daily Zoom broadcasts from home).

The flipped classroom turns in-person classroom meetings into active learning opportunities. Students are assigned recorded lectures and readings via the LMS, and then apply that content to live class discussions, virtual labs, case studies, and other forms of in-person, experiential learning.
